Job Positions

Our Crew is looking for energetic and motivated individuals that will enjoy being a part of assisting our guests in enhancing their experience as they visit our attraction and venture out. We will be working in a festive, team-oriented environment, standing for long periods during chill and possibly wet evenings. Responsibilities will vary depending on the five different posts opportunities. Attraction will operate for 34 days from November 19, 2019 – January 4, 2020. Depending on our available opportunities, you may also have the chance to become part of our Crew where you could develop skills in the green industry.  All employment will be through Ground Crew, LLC.  To learn more about this team, visit www.mygroundcrew.net.

 

1. First Impression Host

  • Welcome and greet guests

  • Check-in guests

  • Create a jolly experience 

 

2. Guest Experience Specialist

  • Welcome and interact positively with guests

  • Respond to guests’ questions, compliments, concerns

  • Ensure the concession area is operating to accommodate guests

 

3. Santa’s Elf

  • Assist Santa

  • Control Line to Santa

 

4. Traffic Attendant

  • Ensure guest enter safely

  • Provide direction and information

  • Ensure traffic flows smoothly through lights attraction

 

5. Attraction Support

  • Support Crew Leader

  • Ensure displays are functioning properly

  • Support all other roles

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to team needs

 

6. Crew Leader

  • Oversee Attraction operations and team

  • Motivate and support team

  • Ensure team is providing with optimal experience 

  • Prioritize and respond quickly and efficiently to team

  • Provide support to event participants

  • Ensure concession stand is operating smoothly 

  • Assist guest
