Christmas at the Park is spreading extra Christmas cheer this season with exciting giveaways, festive prizes, and family fun!

Please review the official rules for each promotion below before participating.

A Season of Giving — Social Media Giveaways

Official Giveaway Rules | 2026

Christmas at the Park is celebrating the holiday season with six special giveaways! The following rules apply to all giveaways in our A Season of Giving campaign unless otherwise specified in an individual giveaway announcement.

1. Eligibility

Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. Parents or legal guardians may enter to win prizes intended for children.

Employees of Christmas at the Park and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, donation, or admission to Christmas at the Park is required to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. How to Enter

To enter, comment on the official giveaway post published on Christmas at the Park's Facebook or Instagram page.

Each giveaway will have its own announcement with the prize details, entry deadline, and winner announcement date.

Participants may receive one entry per platform per giveaway, for a maximum of two entries per giveaway. Commenting on both Facebook and Instagram will count as two separate entries. Multiple comments on the same platform will count as only one entry.

Following, liking, sharing, or tagging friends is not required to enter.

4. Giveaway Dates

Individual giveaways will take place throughout the Christmas season. Each official giveaway post will specify the entry deadline and winner announcement date. All entry deadlines are in Central Time.

Entries received after the specified deadline will not qualify.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received across Facebook and Instagram for each giveaway.

Eligible participants may receive up to two entries per giveaway, one from each platform.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across both platforms for the individual giveaway.

6. Winner Announcements

Winners will be announced on Christmas at the Park's official Facebook and Instagram pages on the date specified in each giveaway announcement.

Winners must contact Christmas at the Park within 48 hours of the announcement to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within that time or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prizes

The 2026 A Season of Giving campaign includes the following prizes:

Christmas Staycation

One JoyFest Christmas Staycation package at Embassy Suites Jonesboro. The winner must be available for the designated stay dates. Accommodations, occupancy limits, and included activities are subject to the confirmed package details.

Light Up the Night

One winning family will help officially light the 30-foot Christmas tree on opening night at Christmas at the Park. The prize includes complimentary family admission, hot chocolate, and s'mores. The winner must be available to attend the scheduled tree-lighting ceremony.

VIP Christmas at the Park Experience

One family will be the first vehicle through the Christmas lights on the designated evening, with Santa riding in the front passenger seat!

The experience includes complimentary admission, family photos with Santa using the winner's own phone, hot chocolate, s'mores, a Jingle Express ride, an opportunity for kangaroo photos if available, and a Christmas at the Park keepsake ornament.

The experience is limited to one passenger vehicle. All participants must fit safely in available seats, with Santa occupying the front passenger seat. Kangaroo availability is not guaranteed. Professional photography is not included.

Christmas Is on Us!

One $250 gift card. The winner must arrange local pickup or another delivery method agreed upon by Christmas at the Park. Applicable card terms and restrictions may apply.

One electric ride-on toy vehicle, as described in the official giveaway announcement. Local pickup is required.

Santa's Giant Christmas Stocking

One six-foot Christmas stocking filled with toys and holiday surprises, including its advertised contents. Local pickup is required.

All giveaway winners will also receive a complimentary admission pass to Christmas at the Park.

Prize Images & Availability

Images used to promote giveaway prizes are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prizes may vary in appearance, brand, model, color, or included features based on availability.

If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, Christmas at the Park reserves the right to substitute a reasonably comparable prize of equal or greater retail value, subject to applicable law.

8. Prize Collection

Winners are responsible for arranging local pickup in Jonesboro, Arkansas, or attending the designated event or experience associated with their prize.

Specific pickup deadlines and instructions will be provided to winners.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash at the winner's request, except where required by law.

If a winner fails to claim their prize within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected, when practical and permitted by law.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these official giveaway rules.

Christmas at the Park may disqualify entries that violate these rules or are found to be fraudulent.

Sloth Scavenger Hunt — Official Contest Rules

Can you spot all the sloths hiding throughout Christmas at the Park? Keep your eyes open, count how many you find, and submit your guess for a chance to win a fun holiday prize!

The Sloth Scavenger Hunt is a complimentary, optional activity available to Christmas at the Park guests. No additional fee is required to participate.

1. Contest Dates

The Sloth Scavenger Hunt will take place during the 2026 Christmas at the Park season. Official entry dates, weekly drawing dates, and entry deadlines will be provided with the contest entry instructions.

2. Eligibility

Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Children and guests of all ages may help find and count the sloths, but an adult must submit the official entry and claim any prize awarded.

Employees of Christmas at the Park and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

3. How to Enter

Count the sloths hidden throughout Christmas at the Park and submit your guess using the QR code located at the Gift Shop.

Entries must be submitted on the same calendar day as your visit.

The scavenger hunt is included as an optional activity at no additional charge.

4. Entry Limit

One entry per phone number per calendar day is permitted. Guests may enter again on subsequent visits.

Duplicate entries submitted using the same phone number on the same day will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection

All eligible entries containing the correct sloth count will qualify for a weekly random drawing.

One winner will be randomly selected each week. Only one prize may be won per person during the entire contest season.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries containing the correct sloth count received during each drawing period.

6. Winner Announcements

Winners will be announced weekly on the official Christmas at the Park Facebook page and notified by text message afterward.

7. Prizes

Each weekly winner will receive one Operation: Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer game.

A total of four weekly prizes will be awarded.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash at the winner's request, except where required by law.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize, including complimentary return admission: $40

8. Prize Pickup

Winners will receive a complimentary admission pass to return to Christmas at the Park on any remaining public operating night to claim their prize at the Gift Shop.

No admission fee or additional purchase is required to claim a prize.

All prizes must be claimed by December 23, 2026.

9. Winner Photography

Winners agree to have their photograph taken when claiming their prize and published on the official Christmas at the Park Facebook page.

A parent or legal guardian must authorize the photography and publication of any minors included in the photograph.

10. Winner Notification & Personal Information

By submitting an entry, participants consent to receiving a text message from Christmas at the Park if selected as a winner.

Contact information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the contest, verify entries, and notify winners. Entering the contest does not require consent to receive promotional text messages.

11. Agreement to Official Rules

By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these official contest rules.
