Community Partner Elf Volunteers

 

Is your organization looking for a way to connect with the community?

Christmas at the Park is looking to partner with non-profits to help us enhance the guest experience while offering an opportunity for your organization to connect with the community. We found that providing ‘elves’ around the concession area to assist in the flow/process of taking pictures with Santa significantly improved the wait time. This year, we need additional elves to ensure guests are practicing social distancing. In exchange for your help, we want to promote your organization. This will be accomplished on our part by advertising that your organization will be serving as our elves and then your group is welcome to setup a table with promotional product, wear articles with your brand, and connect with guests. We would just ask that your ‘networking’ be a friendly connection – not a hard sale. We are there to bring joy and happiness.

See the above image that shows the approximate location of where each elf will be positioned. The role of the elf is simply this, to ensure guests are practicing social distancing and respecting other guests. Each night that we are open, our goal is to have at least three volunteers.
